The Olive Tree is said to be the oldest living tree, and olive oil is one of the most healthiest of all oils.  Over the years, the olive has been the symbol of peace, wisdom, glory, fertility, power and pureness.  This pendant is my rendition of this famous tree, which is mentioned over 30 times in the Bible, and in fact is one of the plants most cited in all recorded literature. 

Created with golden brass wire, which has been antiqued to bring out depth, this unique pendant is not only attractive, but a universal symbol of peace. The bottom of the pendant represents the gnarled texture of the tree trunk -  the top, which is filled with olive green tourmaline gemstones, represents the full and abundant branches and fruit.  A few golden freshwater pearls have been added as a symbol of the richness of this hearty plant.

An exceptional and contemporary masterpiece, this cross pendant is hand woven in silver colored wire, and antiqued to create depth and strength. I created the pendant based on inspiration photos of glaciers in Alaska, adding genuine Labradorite and simulated blue topaz gemstones to bring out the colors of the glacier. Deep, rich teal green genuine freshwater pearls are offset with creamy white pearls, adding a ethereal glow to the pendant.
