 Like this texture? Buy it here for only $2. Commercial Use OK. | Today's Daily Texture was inspired by something I haven't seen in a while - SUNLIGHT! The sun finally emerged yesterday afternoon while I was at the lake. And how beautiful it was! I paired today's vibrant, abstract texture with this photo I took earlier yesterday of a male bluebird bringing food to newly hatched chicks. I placed the bluebird photo on top of the texture and masked away his background, being careful to leave some of the box showing to ground him in the art. Then I duplicated the texture layer and set it to soft light mode at about 50%. After merging, I applied a small brightness adjustment to lighten things up a bit. |
