 | If you like the play of light against dark in your work, you'll enjoy Today's Daily Texture, which features a beautiful golden glow. I used this texture with this image of a hummingbird as he approached a hibiscus flower. First I masked away the background, gently blending the edges of the flower and bird with the texture. Then I duplicated the texture and set it to multiply at about 40% and placed this layer on top. I then masked some of this layer off the bird and part of the flower to keep the brightness intact. |
