Lavender in the Garden
| This bright and colorful texture features varying shades of lavender and purple. I used this texture to create "Enticing Wisteria". I did crop the finished work into a square, simply for composition purposes. TIP: When choosing a texture to use on a particular photograph, I often will try to pick a texture with a color similar to one of the shades in the photo I'm using. If I had wanted to blend with the background, I might have picked a texture with shades of green. In this case, I wanted to obscure the background and bring the focus solely onto the gorgeous wisteria blooms. With the purple shades in this texture, I was able to softly blend the texture into the flowers and the flowers then became a natural part of the texture. Like this texture? Buy it here for only $2.
